One of the hottest beach-resort destinations in Thailand, Pattaya may not be idyllic but it certainly makes up for it with a wide variety of activities, accommodation, and nightlife venues.
Pattaya is a lively beach town that draws visitors from around the world. With activities that include a wide array of water sports, golf, shopping, cabaret shows, an elephant village, and a Ripley’s Believe it or Not museum (to name only a very few) it’s impossible not to have an action-packed Pattaya holiday. Unless of course its relaxation you crave, in which case there are thousands of beach chairs and umbrellas lining the Pattaya shore, where wandering vendors will cater to your every need: from barbequed shrimp to a foot massage. Pattaya is certainly a Thai beach resort that meets the needs of any visitor on any budget.

The Euroblogspot site by Bankrupt Incorporated has collected opinions from 30,000 individuals on the subject ‘18 Best Places to Retire Overseas’ and it has turned out that Hua Hin is voted no.16 on the list and also the first in Asia, thanks to its classic resort town style. Ko Kud, Andaman of Eastern Thailand

Hello my friends! It starts to feel like summer now in Thailand, doesn’t it? What do you think of for the weather like this? Of course, Sukjai is thinking about the beach! Today Sukjai will be talking about Ko Kud in Trad province. It is an island on the far east of Thailand, about 4 – 5 hour drive from Bangkok plus another one hour for a boat trip to the island.

There are a variety of accommodations for you to choose from on this paradise island. It does not, however, offer many facilities as it tends towards tranquility. Ko Kud is a perfect choice for those who demand piracy and seek for a peaceful rest among rich nature.

After getting off the boat, Sukjai suddenly feels like swimming. The water looks so crystal clear! Besides swimming, you may also try kayaking, snorkeling, scuba diving, sightseeing and more. With its powder-like sand, clear water, verdant mangrove forest, and dazzling coral inhabitants, Ko Kud is named the Andaman of Eastern Thailand. Please keep in mind that a beautiful place like this will only continue to exist if you help preserve it.

How about you? Any ideas for this summer? Just do not forget to tell Sukjai about you summer trips this year. If you really have no ideas and need some information please just go to www.tourismthailand.org or follow the news from Sukjai at www.facebook.com/amazingthailand. Sukjai promises to bring to you details about marvelous places and activities in Thailand.
